Good home safety Tips
With the recent time change a couple of weeks ago it was time for us to call and remind our tenants that they needed to change the batteries in the smoke alarms for their safety as well as the safety of the home, also reminded them the check and change the furnace filters every couple months.

I think it is a great idea to remind us to change our batteries in our alarm systems. I think it is crucial for a property management company to on top of making sure each property is in its best shape. I would like to learn tips and tricks on how to make sure my apartment is up to code. property management
